EU Modules 3 - 8 are species specific and this e-module provides additional resources for those applicants working with mice, rats, guinea pigs and rabbits. Topics discussed and taught during the course include general biology and care of research animals, recognition of pain and distress, dosing and sampling and an introduction to basic anaesthesia (EU Module 20).
